Dr Christopher To is a Chartered Arbitrator, Certified Adjudicator, Accredited Mediator, Chartered Engineer, Chartered Information Technology Professional, Barrister-at-law, and Adjunct Law Professor. He serves on the panels of numerous leading global alternative dispute resolution institutions and brings extensive experience as an arbitrator, adjudicator, and mediator across a diverse range of disputes. He also acts as counsel, representing clients in dispute resolution proceedings.
Dr To is currently an Adjunct Professor with the MBA and Management programmes at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and Programme Director of the LLM in Arbitration and Dispute Resolution at the City University of Hong Kong. Previously, he served as Secretary-General of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre from 1998 to 2008.
