In case of extreme conditions, hoisting of typhoon signals No.8 or above, or black rainstorm warnings (“adverse weather conditions”), the office hours of FDRC will be adjusted as follows:
A. The FDRC will be closed when adverse weather conditions:
(a) are declared before the office hours of FDRC; or
(b) remain in force at or after 2:00 pm.
B. The FDRC will resume its service 2 hours after the adverse weather conditions have been cancelled, provided that those signals or conditions are cancelled before 2:00 pm.
The FDRC will contact the parties involved to reschedule any pre-arranged meetings if necessary.
