Mr YEUNG Man-sing

Mr. Yeung is a practising arbitrator, mediator, and construction lawyer with qualifications in surveying, law, and engineering. He is a chartered arbitrator, chartered quantity surveyor, and accredited mediator/adjudicator.

He is the former Chair of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (East Asia Branch), and the HKIAC - Hong Kong Mediation Council. He was a member of the Steering Committee on Mediation of the Department of Justice, HKSAR. He is the Chair of the Law Society’s Arbitrators Admission Sub-committee, and a Vice President of the Asian Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution, Malaysia. Having acted as an arbitrator for a fair number of cases, he is on arbitral panels in various jurisdictions. He mediated construction-related and cross-border investment disputes. Heading a legal team, he also acted for parties in arbitrations involving infrastructure-related and building projects, established an adjudication mechanism for the security of payment legislation, and prepared standard construction contract documentation for the public sector.
