[2nd Session - EN ONLY] FDRC and HKMAAL Co-host Seminar on Update of the Hong Kong Mediation Code

The Financial Dispute Resolution Centre (FDRC), in collaboration with the Hong Kong Mediation Accreditation Association Limited (HKMAAL), is pleased to re-run the seminar titled “Update on the Hong Kong Mediation Code” in English. The seminar aims to provide industry practitioners with valuable insights into the latest updates to the Hong Kong Mediation Code (“Code”) and their practical implications.

The session will feature HKMAAL Chairman, Professor TK Iu, MH, as the speaker, and will be moderated by FDRC. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the key features of the updated Code and recent developments that may shape mediation practice in Hong Kong.
