Drawing on its institutional role and practical experience in administering independent and impartial mediation and arbitration services, FDRC may provide views in response to consultation invitations or other policy engagement opportunities where relevant to its functions.
FDRC’s policy contributions aim to assist informed policy consideration, support the continued development of a fair and effective financial dispute resolution framework, and contribute, where appropriate, to broader efforts to reinforce Hong Kong’s position as a leading international dispute resolution hub.
