š FDRC and PEAK Co-host FDRC Empanelment Training 2026 to Strengthen Industry Knowledge and Supporting Hong Kongās Financial Stability
From 24 to 26 June, the Financial Dispute Resolution Centre (FDRC), as the programme organiser, partnered with the Institute of Professional Education And Knowledge (PEAK) successfully concluded a comprehensive threeāday empanelment training and attracted over 40 industry practitioners participated.
Key highlights included:
ā¢ Regulatory updates, complaint-handling mechanisms and case analyses presented by representatives from the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) and the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC)
ā¢ Inādepth financial knowledge sessions delivered by PEAK instructors, covering market structures, products and potential risks
ā¢ A panel sharing by experienced FDRC mediators and arbitrators on their handling of FDRC cases and practical tips on dispute resolution.
The programme strengthened participantsā professional competence in financial mediation and arbitration, while offering a pathway for those interested in joining the FDRC Lists of Mediators and Arbitrators through examination and assessment.
